What happens if it rains?+
Interior photos and 3D tours go ahead in most weather. If rain or wind affects drone flights, we reschedule the drone portion for free.
How should the home be prepared?+
Turn on all lights, open blinds, move cars out of the driveway, secure pets, and put away personal items. We send this checklist with your confirmation.
Does the agent need to be there?+
No. Leave lockbox or gate details in your booking and we'll handle the rest.
Is your drone pilot licensed?+
Yes. All drone work is flown by an FAA Part 107 licensed pilot.
